Guide Lines and Rules
1.Must Come On Time 2.You Must Attend all the Sessions 3.Empty Stomach Condition is Required ( must maintain gap for 1.Full Meals - 4hrs 2.Skip a meal and Light Snack - 2 and Half Hrs 3.Beverages - 1 and Half Hr 4.Smoking - 45 min 4.Alcohol - 10 Hrs) before Coming to the Program. 4.Manage Your Self with out Drinking Water / Going to Toilet During the Class.(other wise it will create Unnecessary Movements and Cause Disturbance to the ambiance in the class) 5.Please note that a loose fitting cotton clothes are ideal for Hatha Yoga. 6.Fee will not refund once you Register for the program.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR THE PROGRAM
- Carry your own yoga mat, your own cushion, water bottle, and hand sanitizer - Maintain 6 feet physical distance - Wear your face masks all the time, except the time while you would be doing the practices. - In the interest of everyone's well being, if you get effected or show symptoms of Covid-19 , we reserve the right to ask you to leave the program immediately. You can Re-register for the program once you recover.
